SMOKER – Indirect Fire Cooking & Real Smoke Flavour
Description
The Asaparri Smoker is designed for low-and-slow cooking, with real wood smoke and total control over heat.
It uses indirect fire: charcoal or wood is placed in the side fireboxes, so your food cooks gently with heat and smoke — not direct flame — just like in a true wood-fired oven.
That signature smoke ring (a pink outer edge on meat) is your badge of honour — proof of a proper smoker at work.
Once the charcoal is lit, we recommend continuing the cook with firewood for longer-lasting, flavour-rich heat.
