Refund & Returns Policy — Asaparri Australia

Asaparri Australia is committed to providing high-quality fire-cooking equipment and a reliable customer experience. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our conditions for returns and refunds.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under ACL, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

A major fault includes:

  • A product that is unsafe

  • A product that is significantly different from its description

  • A product that cannot be repaired within a reasonable time

ACL rights apply in addition to Asaparri Australia’s own return conditions.


Change of Mind

Asaparri Australia does not accept returns or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.

Any exceptions, if offered at our discretion, do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law and are not guaranteed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, Asaparri Australia will cover:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Return shipping costs (if required)

  • No handling or restocking fees


Incorrect or Missing Items

If an incorrect product is delivered or an item is missing, notify us within 14 days.
We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.


Return Conditions

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging (where applicable)

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, wear, assembly, or damage caused by incorrect handling.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are purchased to secure incoming stock.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless required under ACL (major fault or inability to supply).
