Use it as a grill or a spit, with adjustable height and dual grates to handle anything from fish and sausages to full racks of ribs, whole lambs, or goats.

How It Works

Spit Mode – Step-by-step:

Place the fine grate on the hooks (bottom) with nut facing up. Add your food.

Add the round iron grate on top (handle up), adjusting to desired level.

Lock both grates together using the clamp.

Insert the spit rod into the top grate.

Mount the whole setup onto the spit stand.

Grill Mode – Step-by-step:
Open the grill stand and place the grate of your choice. You can also use it to finish cooking food from the spit or keep it warm.
