  • Australia Post (small items)

  • Other carriers as required based on delivery region or accessibility

Large items ship via heavy-freight specialists.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Delivery postcode

  • Accessibility of the location

  • Carrier availability

Remote or hard-to-access areas may incur additional charges.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by state and carrier.
Typical timeframes:

  • VIC: 1–4 business days

  • NSW / SA / TAS: 3–7 business days

  • QLD / WA / NT: 5–12 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and can vary based on freight company schedules, public holidays, or high-demand periods.


Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery Fees

If the freight company attempts delivery and no one is available, the carrier may charge a re-delivery fee.
This cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Large freight items cannot be left unattended unless the customer gives explicit authority.


Damage During Transit

If your product arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at:

We will work with the freight provider to resolve the claim.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order has already shipped, redirection or re-delivery fees may apply.


International Shipping

At this time, Asaparri Australia ships within Australia only.
