Ideal for making stew, fried fish, chicken on the disc, beer-braised pork shoulder, paella and all the meals you want, get creative! Estimated capacity is for 15 people, of course, varies depending on what is cooked. Includes the lid, ideal for reducing cooking like rice or chorizo in pomarola sauce, not recommended for grilling meats because it will tend to boil them. Can be used to keep warm once ready.
