The Santa Maria Grill 135cm by Asaparri is the larger version of our iconic Argentine grill — designed for those who cook for a crowd and want maximum cooking surface without compromising on control or quality.

It's designed as a fully modular system, where every component can be used independently. The grill, base and accessories can be combined or used separately, depending on your space and how you want to cook.

The grill features a self-supporting frame with a wheel operated pulley system, allowing smooth and precise height adjustment over the fire. The 135cm grill is designed to cover the entire Base XXL area, giving you maximum cooking real estate.

The grill structure can be used mounted on the Asaparri Base XXL or on its own, integrating easily into a brick BBQ, outdoor kitchen or any other fire surface.

The Base XXL is more than just a support. It can be used as a fire pit or ember bed and is designed to work with braziers and a wide range of accessories. On its refractory brick base, you can cook with a disco, a rotisserie or any other fire cooking accessory, giving you total freedom to build your own setup.

The cooking grate is made from stainless steel, designed for durability, heavy use and easy maintenance.
