It’s a classic Argentine-style grill, with a lid, a full spit setup, and a mobile brazier… all in a single, versatile unit. Not a fire pit. Not a fogonero. A proper grill designed to adapt to the way you cook.

Want to grill low and slow?
Cook on the spit while managing your fire on the side?
Use the extra upper grate to keep food warm or place pans over the embers?

The Chulengazo lets you configure it your way. The mobile brazier can be repositioned depending on what you’re cooking, the auxiliary grate works as a second level or over the fire, and the lid gives you even more control over heat and smoke.
