There’s nothing like cooking over fire with an iron disc — and this one’s built for serious flavour.
The Asaparri Cooking Disc heats fast and holds temperature incredibly well, making it ideal for paellas, beer-braised pork, stews, and everything in between.

Includes a stainless steel lid, perfect for dishes that require reduction like rice or chorizo in sauce. (Not recommended for grilling meat — it will steam rather than sear. However, the lid works great to keep food warm once cooked.)

Designed for flexibility:
Use it with firewood, gas stoves, your parrilla, or mounted on the FIREPIT, FOGON, RODAL (sold separately).
Removable legs let you take it anywhere.
